Spanish champions Real Madrid are in full celebration mode, marking their 36th La Liga title alongside their fans in the Spanish capital.

Los Blancos are hosting their La Liga title celebrations on Sunday, choosing to postpone the festivities from last weekend when their victory was confirmed.

The day commenced at Madrid’s Community Headquarters, with the team later proceeding to City Hall, where they received a warm welcome from the city’s Mayor, Jose Luis Martinez Almeida.

Following visits to the Community Headquarters and City Hall, the White Angels have now gathered at La Cibeles, where captain Nacho Fernandez ceremoniously adorned Cybele with a flag and scarf.

Amidst the festivities, Carlo Ancelotti opened up on his dream of dancing with Eduardo Camavinga.

In a video shared on social media, the duo showcased their dance moves, soon followed by the entire Real Madrid squad joining in.

“I love you all very much, Hala Madrid. I have a dream, I want to dance with Eduardo Camavinga. DJ, play the music, ” Ancelotti said via Football Espana.

Those present in Madrid have undoubtedly enjoyed a fantastic day, and there’s a strong likelihood that they’ll return in three weeks.

Real Madrid will be vying for their 15th Champions League title when they face Borussia Dortmund on June 1.

Meanwhile, Sports Brief has reported on Ancelotti sharing his thoughts on the swirling rumours linking Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid.

In the midst of ongoing speculation regarding the Frenchman’s potential move to the Spanish capital, the Italian gaffer has shared his perspective on the matter.

“Kylian Mbappe? I’m not thinking about that topic at the moment,” the venerable tactician remarked, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.

Ancelotti celebrates Barcelona downfall

Sports Brief also reported that Ancelotti was captured in a jubilant mood in the dressing room after Girona defeated Barcelona to hand the La Liga title to Real Madrid.

Dressed in all-black attire, the Real Madrid players erupted in wild celebration, prompting the usually composed 64-year-old coach to wade through the crowd and join in.
