SuitePad, the leading provider of in-room tablets and expert in digital guest communication, announced its partnership with Seda Club Hotel in Granada today. It is the second hotel of the Spanish Hidden Away Hotels group to implement the digital guest engagement solution.

The 5-star luxury hotel has 21 rooms and suites and values style and exclusivity. It is located in Granada’s historical center, allowing guests to enjoy the city’s vibrant culture and history.

“After witnessing many positive results in our partner hotel Posada Terra Santa on the island of Mallorca, we are excited to implement the SuitePad technology here in Andalusia,” says the hotel’s management. “It presents a quick and easy method for us to enhance the luxurious experience our valued guests expect today.”

Seda Club Hotel selected SuitePad for its easy-to-use solution and wider array of features and options that other providers don’t offer. The in-room tablets exclusively developed and manufactured for hotels will improve guest communication and generate revenue easily.

“Rolling out with a second hotel of a group always gives us great joy because customer satisfaction is a top priority,” says Moritz von Petersdorff-Campen, co-founder and managing director of SuitePad. “The Seda Club Hotel in beautiful Granada is a true gem and a wonderful addition to our growing presence in the Spanish market.”

About Suitepad

SuitePad has been helping hotels engage their guests in a digital world for ten years. Their award-winning in-room tablets replace traditional guest directories, serve as a central upselling tool, and combine TV remote control and telephone in one device – effectively decluttering the hotel room and providing guests with a modern and hygienic experience. The company’s portfolio also includes a BYOD solution (for guest-owned devices).

In January 2023, SuitePad was awarded the HotelTechAward “Best Guest Room Tablet” for the fourth time in a row. More than 1,000 customers worldwide, from renowned hotel chains to independent boutique properties, use the digital guest engagement platform in over 70,000 rooms to improve guest communication, generate higher sales revenue, and streamline processes.
