Unconventional and creative weddings often spark lively conversations. From a silent baaraat reminiscent of KJo’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil to ceremonies featuring money garlands, we have embraced various innovative wedding concepts.
In one such novel ‘wedding’, Spanish artist Alicia Fremis has announced that she is preparing to wed a holographic partner generated by artificial intelligence (AI). The ceremony, set in Rotterdam, signifies a fusion of technology and human connections.
The video shared on Instagram by @aicouncillor shows the artist sitting with her AI partner and having a normal conversation. In the next few clips, the video showcases how the AI partner helps with household chores, eats food etc.
As per reports, the couple is dubbed the ‘Hybrid Couple’. Fremis reportedly constructed her AI partner by utilising data from her past relationships. The video also reveals that the AI partner is named AiLex.
One user on Instagram, clearly shocked, wrote, “How is holographic person washing dishes!” Another added, “Guess this is the only option left!” A third user said, “They will have holographic kids in future.”
